Welcome to I Toowú Klatseen! “I Toowú Klatseen” means “strengthen your spirit” in Tlingit. We are going to learn and practice skills that help us strengthen our spirit. This means being strong on the inside and outside!

We’re going to be Zooming with coaches, practicing healthy life skills and warming up together, then heading outside for running and challenges! Zooms are every Wednesday at 2:00 PM, from March 17th to May 19th. The link will be shared via email with registered participants.

Challenges are explained each week during the Zooms. Enter the contests via the links that will appear at the bottom of each lesson to win prizes! Prizes range from $25 to $50 gift certificates to Juneau businesses.

Don’t neglect your workbook! Completing your workbook and returning it at the end of the season will automatically win you a prize.

The season ends with a fun run at Sandy Beach- save the date of Saturday, May 22! All kids will need a running buddy from their bubble, so start training together with your family!
